Also of particular note are razor shells, urchin croquettes and sardines in tomato sauce. Of particular note in the wine menu is the recent addition of good sherries served by the glass, as well as more traditional labels. In view of the above, the best thing about Casa Varo is without doubt the immediate feeling of arriving and feeling at
